I run UMBC's microcredential program, sit on two community boards, and am somehow also writing a dissertation. This site is where all of that lives.
I'm based in Columbia, Maryland. By training I'm a policy person — B.A. economics, M.P.P., working on a doctorate. In practice I spend most of my time building tools and workflows that probably didn't need to exist but work really well. I've published a couple things, presented at some conferences, and served on more committees than I can count.
